I am a one woman owned new business in Madison, WI. I make deep fried balls of yeast dough stuffed with a variety of cheese curds, as well as pepperoni/cheese, and flavors such as peanut butter/honey.I have contracted FEED Kitchens in Madison to help produce my product.
My company's mission is to focus on 'conscious capitalism' by sourcing local products and using workers from the immediate community, many of which are below the poverty line. FEED and I hope to boost the bakery program by increasing revenue to allow for scholarships and expansion.
