Upland Hills Health
- Association or Non-Profit Group
Upland Hills Health was formed with the merger of two Dodgeville hospitals: St. Joseph's Hospital and Dodgeville Hospital. The two came together in 1974 as Memorial Hospital of Iowa County, Inc., a united non-profit organization. Then in 2001, the corporate identity changed to Upland Hills Health to reflect a growing service area and expanded capabilities.
Today, Upland Hills Health is much more than a hospital that provides inpatient and outpatient services; it also features a Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center, a Therapy & Wellness Center and clinics in surrounding communities.
To ensure that Upland Hills Health stays on top of changing healthcare regulations, industry trends and performance and quality standards, it is accredited by the Joint Commission and affiliated with the following organizations:
- SSM Healthcare of Wisconsin
- Rural Wisconsin Health Cooperative (RWHC)
- Wisconsin Hospital Association (WHA)
In addition to serving the healthcare needs of our local communities, Upland Hills Health desires to support meaningful projects that enhance the quality of life in our service area.
