The Wisconsin Food Hub Cooperative is a grower-led food hub working to aggregate and sell high-quality, local produce to the regional institutional, foodservice, and retail markets. A range of fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as some processed and value-added products, grown by Wisconsin farmers.
