Unexpected Tomorrows are workshops that help farmers reduce isolation by sharing their stories in a small group with other farmers. They will learn about stress management techniques and identify patterns of responding to grief and loss. The workshop ends on a forward thinking note, with participants working on goal setting and learning about resources that can help them. This is a small group activity for 30 people.
