The Meat Schoppe, LLC is owned and operated by the Retallick Family. A fourth generation farm operation, the Retallicks focus on premium Angus beef through decades of genetic improvement and featuring cattle pastured raised and grain fed finished. The Meat Schoppe, LLC will feature 2K Premium Angus Beef as well as locally raised pork, chicken and eggs. Additional features include in-house processed summer sausage, beef sticks, shredded beef & pork. Of course, Wisconsin cheese is also available. Taking orders for quarters, halves and whole beef as well as half and whole hogs. Supply of fresh meat in the retail case or frozen product. Open Tuesday - Friday 10 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. - 12 noon. Fresh cheese curds on Fridays.
