Currently we are making 3 types of flour tortillas in 8" & 10". Our spelt, wheat & white tortillas are made of a simple organic ingredient list including flour, sunflower oil, vinegar, baking soda, salt & water.

Lonesome Stone Milling is a locally sourced (Driftless area) grain processor. We work with farmers raising food grade small grains and corn. We clean, store and mill grains into food and distillery products for Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota markets.
